I have lived here for going on 4 yrs and from the very start it’s been horrible!!!! My vehicle has been broken into multiple on multiple times!!! Every time windows busted out! When you bring your concern to the office they will NOT CARE! And when you clearly know and see when entering the apt complex there are gates in place where you have to scan a card to enter, ITS ALWAYS BROKE! and it takes them month and months to fix, and when I brought the gate issue up since it’s clearly the real Issue for the break ins the office m... read more
Horrible property manager. Blows you off once you've signed the lease. Make sure they show you the apartment you want to move into. A lot of them are much shoddier than they claim and none of the ones I've seen looked like the photos. Why is it so dirty here? Trash blowing around, dog poop all over, tree branches scattered around. Neighbors are nice, employees and maintence are helpful, it's just rotten at the top and that's where the final decisions and money for fixing this place comes from so everyone suffers.
I hate it here. The walls are paper thin. There is a horrible smell, they never came to clean the ceiling fan from the previous tenants, but to mention trash out back that didn't belong to me and it's still there. Everything about this place is horrible. The kitchen is dated and need upgrade, the toilets are disgusting and low to the floor. Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life and I can't wait to be gone the end of this month. I have lived at the Mews at Annandale from 2016-2020. The scenic view was beautiful and picturesque, but the location was not convenient for shopping and literally in the middle of nowhere. The absurd increased price in rent per year, was not affordable for the cost of living and if you are one day late of rent it is like committing a felony! Beautiful layout of land. Playground, pool, fitness center, grilling allowed.... The space and layout of the 2br 1.5 bath apartment is harmonious. Clean grounds dependable maintenance and reputable customer service ethics. Assistant Lease Manager, Tamecia Coppedge went above and beyond and was the thorough honest professional I needed in order to have the certainty I needed to make my choice. With her transparency and joyful weight lifting personality made my transition here a comfortable one.
Seneca Bay does not value the safety of their residents. I have been a resident for 2 years and a few months ago a new tenant moved into my building. Seneca bays management took no action when my tenant continued to harass me continuously since February. I've called the police several times on this tenant. A leasing agent has even witnessed the tenant attempting to attack me but no action was taken. This place is a nightmare. Multiple buildings are infested with raccoons, mice, and squirrels. Maintenance has bought off the " exterminator "- this was caught on video, repeatedly. A resident was feeding the raccoons/ squirrels- illegal in PA, but because she's buddies with the manager, nothing was done.The grounds are disgustingly dirty. The " garbage receptacles"have leaves a foot deep. Mice live in there all year round. This is one of the worse apartment complex's ever! We lived there for 15 months and it was the worse 15 months. When we signed the papers and finally got to see the apt. There were so many issues with it! There was damage everywhere. The appliances were barely working. We complained and got moved to another apartment that wasn't ready yet but the only thing that wasn't done was replacing the carpet from the previous tenant which we were able to deal with and I was told I wouldn't be charged for it since it wasn't done. The management will be very nice to you to get you to sign the lease, but should you have issues with a cracked tub you may have to go through multiple repair visits due to the incompetence of their subcontractors. It took over two months, six repair attempts and I had to vacate my apartment several times for a couple of days each time due to the toxic fumes.
