I was having issues where I called the office and to my greatest surprise they were able to fix my issues and refund me as well .I was very happy and believe me,not all apartments can help or fix their resident problems fast like the one I got.Also is place to be if you want a quiet and clean environment…and nice place to raise kids.
I have lived here for the past 4 years. I love the natural setting and all of the wildlife, especially the deer that visit my back patio daily. Morgan properties has done some meaningful upgrades to the inside of our already nice apartments here, since they took over ownership of this property recently. Sadly, i was unable to give this community zero stars. I have lived in many different apartment communities over the last 10 years. This is by-far the worst of them. I lived on North Avenue at point. Chartleytowne makes North Ave. look like a paradise. I am very clean and maintained my household as such; however, i had to deal with tons of pest issues. There were many mice & roaches. The place has no active ventilation sytem, risk of choking. Mold is an issue. Laundry machine is inefficient, staffs are unprofessional . Dirty basement. Host of other issues.
When I moved there, it looked okay. It has free heating and hot water services which made it appealing. However, I soon realized the place has no active ventilation system. Many times, I and my wife felt choking due to lack of fresh air. I contacted leasing office to know if there was a switch that regulate ventilation but was told to open the window in order to make air come in. 1 because I have no other choice but 0 for real whatever you don’t move into Princeton Estates move into the projects first because that’s what you going to get. It’s like baby Southside you’ll regret it you’ve been warned
