We have been loyal clients for over 5 years, until July. It's taken me over a month of grieving to write this review and complaint. Earlier this year, the clinic failed to remind us to book our dogs crucial cardiac ultrasound; I had to bring it up myself and only received dismissive excuses. On July 10th, When Max was in visible respiratory distress, we contacted the clinic, and sent a video, asking for advice. We waited over 45 minutes, and never spoke to a vet directly. Awesome animal clinic. The entire team is so amazing.
I had asked for my dog's vaccines to be split up rabies, lepto and distemper. He had his rabies a couple weeks ago and went in for his distemper today. At the time I had asked, the vet made a note but she said if I decided to give him both shots today that's fine and just let the vet tech know. I decided to give him both shots today so I didn't have to make the drive again and I'm off all weekend to be with him.
