Extremely rude. Stopped in to see if they had a sheet outlining vaccines for our new pets. Stopped at the door and didn't even go in and this employee freaked out that I didn't have a mask on. I did not go in, just opened the door, STAYED OUTSIDE, and asked. She refused to answer the question. That's really great service Main Street!

I couldn’t even begin to say enough about Main Street Animal Hospital! They went above and beyond for us from day one! We had a French bulldog who unfortunately had a whole lot wrong with him that even surgery couldn’t help, which lead to a short lived year and a half of life for him. In the time that we had him they were the greatest help in every way. When he passed I called them and brought him there. What can I say? Doc Masters and his staff are amazing. My little senior pup developed a skin condition earlier this year and went downhill very quickly. Turned out to be a relatively rare autoimmune disease which attacks the skin. Dr. Masters and his team correctly diagnosed and treated him over the past three months. Once diagnosed I joined a group of other dog owners dealing with this disease. All of them had to go to a canine dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis. I'm was extremely happy with my foxhound and my coonhound's yearly checkups visit. Dr. Mota was very thorough and she took her time explaining each pets health. Definitely recommend her and the techs are so friendly.
I can't say enough good things about Dr Masters, Dr Mota, Jen, and all the staff. They've been helping me take care of my 2 senior dogs for years, and I just lost one of them on Saturday. They couldn't have been more helpful and caring. I appreciate all of them so much.
