Take your animals here if you want to be taken advantage of, 800 dollar surgery for no reason, fixed her without asking me, here I am weeks later with my dog bleeding from her lady parts battling yet another infection. Brought her in when she started feeling bad again all they did was take her temperature, they didn't notice she had been bleeding even though its right next to where her temp gets taken. When her uterus is the problem and I get it in writing we will be having a problem.
The Dr.'s and staff are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brauer. She is top shelf and one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. She and the staff we dealt with the past few days went above and beyond what I consider ordinary expectations. The outcome we desired didn't come to pass... but it wasn't due to a lack of effort or caring.
The great veterinarians here are offset by secondary staff, one of which has the personality of a tree stump. This girl stared at me when I tried to talk to her and denied a Manila envelope to put my records in. There are great businesses and meh. My suggestion is to hire staff with your business vision and mission in mind.
Very friendly and caring doctors and staff. They do a wonderful job with our long-haired kitties, Si and Lizzie.
I LOVE this clinic! They have always been so wonderful and extremely helpful with all of our visits. I trust their opinion completely and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had both Brad and ashleigh (our main vet) and they are amazing!
