My family and I tried to buy a house off of Deerfield Rd. Brett Garrison was the agent selling the house. When I met with my agent at the house she assured me that the seller would accept a contingency on the sale of my home. My family was very excited. Very insightful and knowledgeable
My wife and I worked with Sam Walch and the experience was just amazing. The thought of buying your first house is nerve wrecking. Anxiety was through the roof. Being first time home buyers, Sam explained everything each step away and kept us reassured and feeling good about the whole process. If you're looking to buy and need someone who is going to treat you like a human and not just another body, Sam is your gal. 10/10 will 100% be using her in the future.
