Brett garrison was great and easy to work with. Not only did he help us find our dream home, he had our house under contract within the first day of being on market! Now that’s where it’s at. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
My family and I tried to buy a house off of Deerfield Rd. Brett Garrison was the agent selling the house. When I met with my agent at the house she assured me that the seller would accept a contingency on the sale of my home. My family was very excited. I met with the builder/seller Corey days later and he also reassured me and my family that a contingency was no problem. Less then a week we had a contract written, signed and sent.
