I have been a patient of Dr. Parks for about a decade now! She is wonderful! Very patient and kind as well as genuinely cares! The entire staff is wonderful! Always cheerful and so helpful! I highly recommend this entire practice!
Would not recommend. It's a shame Zero stars is not an option. There are only a few people that work there that are worthy of a five star but unfortunately it's definitely not the mental health "professionals". When I told the psychiatrist I could not get on a GLP-1 she actually told me to become diabetic so that my Family Dr would prescribe me one. Also, the meetings were unprofessional because she will only meet via zoom and her cats are constantly walking in front of the camera, and yes, it is distracting.
If it wasn’t for Lynn I’d be giving zero stars. Lynn DeRose was my doctor for going on 5 years prior to a couple months ago when I missed my second appointment in a year. I made a new appointment, made the relevant drug testing (as they do offer in house tests for $25 instead of quest, which I forgot about as I didn’t have to do them for a few years) After missing my appointment and making a follow up, I asked for some of my medications to be sent in as I lost insurance and had no idea what to expect on state insurance, not ... read more
Great psychiatrist with a team that cares. I see Lynn and she is wonderful. The staff is also very pleasant when calling with questions. Katie has gone above and beyond multiple times to help when needed. She is friendly and truly cares about the patients calling in.
