Fast, friendly, professional staff. Dr. Huxtable is excellent in all regards
I have been a patient at Main Street Optical for around 7 years now and even though I have had different optometrist over the years, the service and care have been always Top Notch and they have always taken the time to explain all the results from the imagery that they have provided to me.
I could not be happier. Dr. Huxtable and staff went above and beyond to make my experience with them fantastic! When a complication happened at the lens factory, Dr. Huxtable checked and double checked my eye prescription in order to provide the customer experience I had come to expect and enjoy at Main Street Optical. If you want excellent service and extraordinary glass frames (try the Theo's), please consider Main Street Optical. It's worth the drive to picturesque Bayfield.
Honestly I am not one to complain. I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for my glasses now. Great place to get your eyes checked but if you want your glasses in good time order them somewhere else.
