Made promises that were not kept. Didn't do a good job on the baseboard, no returns, promised to drop off door casing to remedy the situation, but never did. Scratched the bland new "scratch proof" flooring while moving the refrigerator, said they would come out to address it, never heard back. Juan and his daughter are really nice people, but unfortunately the business side lacks.

Excellent customer service, on time and hard working. Juan and is team are on it. If they say they can do it in 2 days. It’s done. If they say they will be there at 6am, they are !! Amazing and I will use them again and I refer all my family and friends to him.
100% positively the most honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing for top notch material and labor. If you are absolutely clueless about floor selection like I was, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU MIGHT END UP GETTING RIPPED OFF. Just had our master bedroom done and are very happy with the quality professional work. Juan the owner had many choices of flooring options and allowed me to take a few samples that I liked home so I can decide which one I liked best. He offered the best price from a few other estimates I received from other businesses. I will definitely be calling him again to install flooring in other parts of our house.
