I'm very pleased with my new floors. Juan did an excellent job and was very friendly and very professional.
Made promises that were not kept. Didn't do a good job on the baseboard, no returns, promised to drop off door casing to remedy the situation, but never did. Scratched the bland new "scratch proof" flooring while moving the refrigerator, said they would come out to address it, never heard back. Juan and his daughter are really nice people, but unfortunately the business side lacks.

Excellent customer service, on time and hard working. Juan and is team are on it. If they say they can do it in 2 days. It’s done. If they say they will be there at 6am, they are !! Amazing and I will use them again and I refer all my family and friends to him.
100% positively the most honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing for top notch material and labor. If you are absolutely clueless about floor selection like I was, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU MIGHT END UP GETTING RIPPED OFF. The owner of this store will pressure you or rush you into making a purchase in order to make a quick buck.
