I had to have a filling put in and a crown replaced at this office and it was a very bad experience. The dentist (Dr McCarty) filled the tooth but it was left with very rough edges around the filling that I had to return the next week to have polished down. The crown replacement took forever with pieces drilled off flying down my throat along with water and medicine gagging me. This is why we moved to Ortonville, Michigan. We wanted the small town feel with people who were kind, considerate, friendly and pleasant. We found a wonderful dentist office where we enjoy the people and the highly professional care. My husband and I highly recommend!!!!
Highly recommend Dr Dan and his office were Amazing! Had to have a root canal and they got me in same day. Everything went smooth my anxiety of having it done went away the moment I met the staff!
We went to this office for years. They used to care about being a pain free office. They are not anymore. They repeatedly do procedures that are not covered by insurance. Even when repeatedly asked not. They will charge you higher prices and make you pay out of pocket, even when your insurance has other options that are covered. My son's filing fell out close to 20 times. We have switched to a new office and are so much happier.
First off I do not like going to the dentist. Today’s visit was good. The assistant/hygienist, I believe her name was Ann, was great. Professional and efficient and made a unpleasant appointment bearable. Dr. Dan is always great.
