To describe Main Street Bistro in a word: OUTSTANDING !!! This quaint outpost in “old” League City is one of the most consistently delicious restaurants in the area !!! From the “Mile High” meatloaf, to the best shrimp and grits this side of the Mississippi !!! The service is wonderful and the staff are always pleasant and helpful !!! Main Street Bistro is by far our favorite place in the area !!!

The food was excellent, but the service was very disappointing. This is the 3rd time we have eaten here in less than a month.This is the first time the service was not good. I felt the waitress did not want to be bothered. When my husband tried to ask a question, she gave a snide comment back to him and quickly walked away. This happened more than once. Everything I've tried has been delicious, beautifully presented and plentiful. Macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi is my favorite. Seared scallops delicious. Even the side salad is exceptional. Looking forward to trying Bradford and Main (sister restaurant). Excellent friendly service.
The first time we ate here was yesterday for brunch and it was as soooo very good. Will definitely be back. Yummy!!
Best shrimp and grits! Can't wait to try more of what they have!
