I do not recommend anyone going here simply for their lack of service and communication. I called for an appointment and they said walk ins only, Wednesday through Saturday from 10-6. The sign on the door says the same. I went there at 4:15 on a Wednesday and they weren’t open. I called today to make sure they were open and then they said no walk ins. This is not how you run a business and they need to change.
Thought I finally found a reliable barber shop in Richmond. But just like all the others, they stopped answering calls and texts. Any time I stop by they are closed. I guess they shut down. Terrible communication.
Marine veteran here. Always haply to frequent another veteran's business. Good cut's, great results. Cash only but there is an ATM close by. 10/10
