Terrible service. The place smells weird, the prices are ridiculously high, and the quality is awful. They messed up my husband’s haircut badly — he got uneven cuts and even a small cut on his skin. Completely unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you care about your hair and your wallet.

Booked an appointment online and received confirmation. Arrived and door was locked. Called multiple time with no answer. Waited 30 minutes to which she finally showed up and told me she was in a meeting (why was the time slot available then?) I Was offered a time hours later as if I can just sit around and wait all day. No real attempt to apologize or rectify the situation. Will not be returning. I advise all to proceed with caution in dealing with this business as I’m not the only person to experience this situation accord... read more
