Poor Customer Service The woman working at the bagel store had a very rude and unpleasant attitude. The interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful, which really took away from the experience. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, this was disappointing. Bagels at Safeway bakery are a better quality and there are many smaller stores with good food and friendly service!
They handled it all efficiently. Truly happy with how things went.
Such a sweet family running the bagel shop, they made everything promptly, talked with customers, and had a secret deal on the holiday for those who visit! 10/10 would come again!
I absolutely love this bagel shop! I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and continue to get their bagels. Food is made quickly and fresh. They make their bagels from scratch and prices are so good!
