I lived there for 2 years. Here's my take: Pros: Location - You can walk to a coffee shop, restaurants, pedestrian shopping spots, etc. Also, it's in the heart of Lafayette. Located 5-10 mins from everything. Responsiveness - Anytime things have needed fixing, I've had them repaired in a day or two.
