Pay attention to the poor reviews. I was excited about staying in such a great location while I search for a new house, however this place is a huge disappointment. It is so outdated and overpriced compared to newer and nicer places close by. Every week the trash is overflowing and smells terrible. The parking areas are full of trash and dog feces that are dried out and left for months. Never had a place keep my deposit until now. Everything is falling apart here and held together by a thread. Charged me $180 for a tub resurfacing fee for 15 months of regular use. The floor on the thing was already worn and old. Maintainence is terrible. Cannot cook your own meals because ventilation is terrible and the extra sensitive smoke alarms will start blasting. All around rip off. Better off going to the nicer apts next to City Club.
