RecommendedI dunno how long the specials last, but I had today’s Banh Mi with seiten, which I’d never had before. It was delicious! Super fresh, and full of flavor. I also had the Ring of Fire juice which was maybe the best juice over ever had! Thanks for making a tired and malnourished stressball feel brand new again! ❤️❤️❤️

Weekly special zucchini tacos were amazing!
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here after spending three days in this adorable college town. Really wish we had something similar in Des Moines,IA.! Service was fast and friendly. We took a couple goodies for the road and they’re so tasty!
I have been eating here for the 21 years Main Squeeze has been open. it's amazing "feel good" food. the menu has great variety and every single dish is prepped and served with meticulous attention to the little details. never even had a bad piece of lettuce on my plate here. the owner truly cares about every detail of her business and it shows. love this place and love the staff.
