As above. Got hourly rate rather than a block pf time (pay attention Geek Squad). Did everything I requested and ran me through some instructions for me to take care of similar future items. Very satisfied with the experience

Computer tech support for my father's laptop Ameer and his team at Main Source 365 have been extremely helpful, informative and responsive during a three-day set-up period. My father, age 90, had just had his hard drive replaced by Best Buy. My husband who had been dad's tech support for the last decade, came to a point of wanting to pass the baton to another resource. Excellent!!! I called them and they were able to assist me right away. I got everything I needed done within hours of speaking with one of the staff for a very reasonable price. They were even able to answer some tech questions I had while the work was being done. I would definitely recommend these guys for any other IT needs that may come along. A++ Service. Thanks!
