I had them do a septic inspection for a property I was purchasing and the inspector stated “You should get another 10-20 years out of this and I don’t see any real issues”. The company decided to wait over a month to send the information to the health department because they stated it was their “busy” season and that sending paperwork to a business that is in the same city that they are in requires over a month. We needed a new well pressure tank and pressure switch. My wife was here and she had nothing but good things to say about their quality and efficiency of work. We are enjoying the water system and are happy we chose Main and Sons.
Sorry but I called and left a voicemail on two different days with all my information and never received a return phone call. I’m giving three stars instead of one because they may have a legitimate reason for not calling, and I’ve heard good things about them.
We've been customers for 20 years and wouldn't think of using another plumber and heating company.
