I had them do a septic inspection for a property I was purchasing and the inspector stated “You should get another 10-20 years out of this and I don’t see any real issues”. The company decided to wait over a month to send the information to the health department because they stated it was their “busy” season and that sending paperwork to a business that is in the same city that they are in requires over a month.
