I had a horrible experience with one of the realtors who was representing a seller. They did not want to do what the contract said. It was difficult until the same day when we closed. I always thought buying a home would be an exciting experience, but the realtor and seller made it stressful and time consuming.
The realtors don't return calls and are condescending as if they are doing you a favor to sell you a home. Not recommended, stay away from them.
