Very disappointed on how we were treated today. Used to love Main Optical but don't anymore. Never again will we shop at this place. The last few years this place has went downhill. Can't keep a doctor since Dr.LittleJohn left. IMO the customer is always right
We had been long time costumers of Main Optical, like 4 different Doctors, and a lot of recommendations sent their way. Last few people we sent said they had problems there, but we had never had any. But as of today we will never go back and will never send anyone there. When John took the word of the Doctor over a long time customer, saying that I was not poked in the eye 3 times, that is just not right on both levels.
Staff in not friendly at all. Dr Reed is a complete jerk. You will wait at least an hour past your appointment time to be seen and their prices are ridiculously high. I think they make up reasons for you to come back just so they can bill your insurance. I will never go back and I will tell everyone to not waste your time there. You’re better off driving farther away to see someone else.
RecommendedThe folks at Main Optical are top notch. I have gone there for many years and every pair of glasses has been stellar as far as the prescription, the fit, the style, and the durability. I recommend them all the time and think the world of them. You can't go wrong with Main Optical.
Had to return to get a part on my glasses repaired. And then once I finally made it back up here I had to wait almost 40 minutes for the repair. No apology or explanation was given I will not be back.
Main Optical is amazing!!!! I have been going here for nearly 30 years and they never disappoint. Jon does a great job making the glasses and doing unexpected fixes. PLEASE go see them if you need anything for your eyes.
