I recently went to Riley for a haircut and color and honestly she was the best hairstylist I have went to. She did such an amazing job cutting my super long hair, this was a huge transformation for me and I was super nervous but she was just such a sweet person and made me feel comfortable, now for the color, she did an amazing job this was the best blend I have ever received and I have bleached my hair a lot, i absolutely love the way she blended my hair and made it seem so natural! i will definitely be coming back to Riley... read more
As a small business owner, I do not take bad reviews lightly. After reaching out to the salon about my botched balayage, I feel the need to warn others. I saw Briley Webb in October for balayage. Before I saw her my hair was strong and healthy (I posted a picture of me in September). Within a few weeks, my hair was severely damaged and breaking so badly that I lost about 4 inches of hair. I would not recommend this place, very bad customer service. Riley is not professional at all. l left the salon with my hair soaking wet. And charged me with full hair color service. A five minute drying without styling would have been appreciated if she would have cared about her clients. All they care about is money
I’ve been seeing Lauren at Main Muse salon every 8 weeks and she is consistently amazing. She really listens to what I want, gives thoughtful advice, and always delivers results I love. My hair looks and feels great every single time, and the whole appointment is relaxed and enjoyable. Lauren is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else—highly recommend!
