Very disappointed in their treatment of my elderly Mother. She has a serious heart condition and dementia but was dismissed due to missed appointments. She had not received any previous warnings prior to the dismissal letter. When I spoke to the office manager regarding this matter, she came across as cold and uncaring.
RecommendedLove the atmosphere as soon as I walk in the office. Reminds me of the old fashion care we used to get in physicians offices. I see Doreen (Dee) Deck CNP...she has taken very good care of me for years. I followed Dee to Main Medical because I trust her completely with my medical issues....she is excellent in the care she gives and listens to you also.
