매우매우매우 불친절합니다. 한국분이 하는 병원이니 조금 더 같은 한국사람에게 친절하거나 하는 기대 따위는 저버리시는게 좋습니다. 미국병원이 훨씬 낫습니다. 리셉셥에 앉아 있는 40대 좀 넘아보이는 여자분은 손님이 와도 저녁 뭐 먹을지 농담따먹기 통화하느라 쳐다도 안 보고 말투도 기분나쁘게 하는 데 최적화된 말투입니다. 약처방을 조금 더 잘 해준다고 해서 찾아간건데 기분나빠서 혈압만 오르고 가네요. 구글별점이 낮은 이유가 있습니다.
The receptionist who manages the schedules is extremely unprofessional and rude. When I tried to reschedule, I noticed my appointment was incorrectly submitted as a follow-up. The receptionist made excuses, such as the person who scheduled my appointment being new and that it was not a big deal, without providing a proper apology. I canceled my appointment, and her reaction suggested it didn't really matter to her. I went to this clinic yesterday and was prescribed medication that is a liquid called promethazine with codeine, and during last night I thought I had put the cap back on the bottle tightly after taking the recommend dose. But I guess didnt. So my cat ended up moving thbottle off my table and spilling all of my medication, so I went back this morning and asked politely if they can give me a refill on my originally prescibed medication since my cat dropped and it spilt everywhere. Came for an appointment and the staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait long and the process was very smooth and easy. Doctor and nurses were caring and understanding. Front desk staff were quick and efficient in scheduling. Will definitely come back to this clinic! Highly recommend to everybody!!
