I hired them to replace my AC unit, and not only did they charge far more than the competitors, but the installation was sloppy. The unit started making noise just days after the job was done. I had to call another company to fix their mistakes. Total waste of money.

The technician seemed in a hurry and barely explained anything. After they left, I realized the thermostat wasn’t calibrated correctly, and some of the vents weren’t even blowing air. When I called to complain, they were rude and dismissive. Terrible service.
I scheduled an appointment with this HVAC contractor for a routine inspection, and they never showed up. I called multiple times to follow up and kept getting vague promises to reschedule. It's been over a week and still no visit. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
