Suzanne is always very welcoming, timely, kind and thorough. She does a great job explaining what she is working on while remaining focused and finishing in the allocated time slot. Sometimes going to the "dentist" can be a source of anxiety for people, but not here. Dr. Alex is great too, just as kind and thorough. The staff is flexible to work through collaborating with other surgeons when necessary, and insurance, payment and scheduling. Have been coming here for several years now and plan to remain a customer.
I like this practice so much I have been with them since 1978 when I first moved to the Main Line. Their care is first rate and they're always on time. When I had a dental emergency early in the pandemic, they brought me in quickly, even though the office was closed. I can't recommend them highly enough. Added bonus, the office is beautiful.
I have been coming here for 3 years. The staff, dental hygienists and dentists are always professional and caring. I would highly recommend this office for any dental needs.
Dr Williams is the best dentist on the Main Line. I have been a patient for years. His staff is equally exceptional.
As always exceptionally pleasant experience at main line dental group. Suzanne is very professional, through, and a lovely person! She obviously cares deeply for her patients from the suggestions given to improve their dental health. I’m very fortunate to have her as my hygienist!
Thorough check up added flouride treatment and caught an issue that i wasn't aware of. Very professional and thoughtful in her approach. Office is very clean. thank you.

great job. limited wait time. clean and efficient staff and working environment. makes going to the dentist less anxiety producing.
MLD, Dr. Williams and his staff are exceptional in every aspect of their dentistry practice. They are professional, outstandingly knowledgeable and competent, friendly, gracious, accommodating, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice. I travel a bit of distance to use MLD group and it is exponentially worth my investment of time.
