Was totally positive- from the friendly reception I received from everyone to the excellent treatment I was given by Dr. Williams and his Assistant Haley.
I have never been more pleased than I have with this team! The front desk personnel are super helpful and pleasant, the hygienists are very qualified and professional and Dr. Alex is so calm and collected! I have never been so relaxed and felt so taken care of until now! I'm so grateful for their care and highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Williams is a perfectionist. I have a somewhat difficult mouth to match my somewhat difficult personality. I had an old ill-fitting crown that needed to be replaced. He took 7 impressions to get it just right. My new crown makes my entire upper bite much better. It changes the way all my teeth fit together. LeeAnn, my hygienist, gives the most thorough cleanings I have ever had. It's like a really great pedicure. MLD is great.
I entered the office concerned about the discomfort I was experiencing in a particular tooth. The staff listened patiently to my concerns and proceeded to take the necessary steps to solve the problem. The care I received reinforces the reason why I have placed my trust in MLD for so many years. I thank Dr. Williams for ensuring the well-being of myself and also of my family.
