Daughter and I had a new patient visit today. I was very impressed with the professional staff, high tech equipment and hygiene. Provided a clear understanding of current oral health and suggestions of work to be done with no awkward pressure of forcing the next treatment. Dr Sherly is wonderful as are the great hygienists and polite and helpful administrative staff. We look forward to working with them as our dental practice of choice.
Mainline Dentistry has a great group. Staff was friendly. They walk you through what's going on and try to educate you during the visit. Seeing my x-rays and getting an idea what things look like helped me understand the importance of good hygiene practice, brushing and flossing. The technology is top notch. No pain! Understanding my options is the best way to keep me as a customer. Theses folks have done a great job. Great team, I highly recommend them.

Since I am a health care provider (pediatrics), I have paid keen attention to the "style" and demeanor of those I myself have received care from over the past many years. Yes, I know that the variability is enormous. I always view these as opportunities to learn from other professionals- to copy what I liked and delete what I didn't. What has never varied, however, is the consistent skill, judgment, professionalism and TLC from Dr. Williams and his staff. Hands down, he beats all the rest!
I have been going to another chain dentist for years now. I didn't realize how bad their services were until I receive the excellent cleaning and service from Main Line Dentistry. Their new dentist has trained at University of Pennsylvania, one of the top schools in the country. Not only that, she was cordial friendly and had a great bedside manner.
