I move a lot and am a physician. So I have had a lot of dentists. This group from office staff to hygienist to Dr. Alex provide incredible care medically and provide a reassuring atmosphere. My kids and me agree this is the best place ever. I could not be happier. I can’t wait for my six month appointment!
During this pandemic it is hard to know if it is better to come in for elective procedures or to cancel. I am glad I came in. I felt safe in the office. Thank you for being there for us. It is one thing to be there for an hour but quite another to be there all day everyday. Again thank you!
This was a visit that has been put off for almost a year. MLD took my temperature and my hygienist wore full PPE, I was asked to wash hands before touching anything. There was also a large air purifier in the exam room. I didn't see any other patients waiting in the lobby when I arrived so I assumed that they tried to spread their traffic, which is good.
I have been seeing Dr. Williams in Wayne, PA for several years to receive the significant/highly skilled dental work I required for a prior sports injury I received decades ago. I also needed an expert solution for my acute teeth grinding as part of my dental work. All of the standard dentists and Orthodontists I met with referred me to Dr. Williams based on the advanced dental techniques that would be required. I cannot say enough about Dr. Williams and his staff. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, caring and dedicated professionals in their field. I have complete confidence that I am receiving expert and outstanding dental care, by friendly and professional staff. It is worth noting I travel from Lansdale to Wayne, a 45 minute drive, to use this practice. It is without reservation I recommend Main Line Dental Group.
I had a routine cleaning today (Mary Anne). She’s “ the best”!!! Also, I felt very safe with the COVID-19 procedures which were obvious. Plus, office personnel friendly and efficient. Thank you for opportunity to comment.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and thorough. The setting is comfortable and inviting (for a dentist). I am always satisfied with my experience at Main Line Dental.
We are totally satisfied with all of our visits to MLD. We feel very safe in the MLD bubble and do not hesitate to go into their office with all the precautions that are taken to keep us safe. The dentist are excellent and the staff are all helpful and efficient.
