Horrible experience. It was my daughter's first and only time with this doctor! Upon entering the room, he Never acknowledged my daughter. The Nuerologist appeared to be more interested in talking about the prior doctor. He went on and on about what a wonderful doctor she was and questioned why I wanted another neurologist.! He asked me what type of seizures she had and I responded she has gran mal seizures. He replied " Noone uses that word any more." Needless to say I would never recommend this particular doctor. Waited 3 months for an appointment for a nerve issue. Two weeks before, the appointment was cancelled due to the MD conflict. When attempting to reschedule they were unable to get me in until JANUARY after they cancelled visit I was already waiting for. I am still waiting for the office manager to call me back. Very disappointed with Main Line Health
Uncaring and Uncompassionate
They had me waiting in the Dr.'s office for 35 minutes for my first appt with the Dr. Nobody came in to tell me he was running late or to give me an ETA. Then I went to the receptionist who responded by saying the Dr is with a patient, no apology, but she offered to reschedule. I left. I'll find someone else.
