Dr. Rubin and Vicki are amazing and the reason I stay. Front desk people are pretty rude.
Absolutely worst place. The doctors are ok but the front desk women are rude and they act like gatekeepers. I can never get an appointment if I am sick, I asked on more than one occasion to get a call back from a doctor and can’t get a call back from anyone but the front desk. My daughter spent 7 hours in the ER, they said call your primary tomorrow to get an MRI scheduled, the front desk absolutely refused to help us, then called us 3 days later and told us just to go to urgent care, what a joke. Dr. Rubin is excellent. Very professional and one of the few places with a pleasant front desk staff. Appointments are difficult to come by. Highly recommend Dr. Rubin as a PCP.
Very unhelpful regarding billing to insurer. Put the wrong code, resulting in a large bill for me. Refuse to correct. Lots of excuses.
