This place has been extremely frustrating from the beginning. From making the appt over the phone to having to just result to doing it online because it was easier. I made an appt for my partner who had been avoiding drs for many years. Finally convinced him to get a wellness exam along with annual lab work. He goes to the appt, sees the dr, gets the order for Labcorp and at his follow up a month later finds out they never did the full lipid panel/ CBC lab work but only labs for something else. Dr. Garcia is one of the first doctors I've seen that didn't come across condescending or as if she was talking down to me but at the same time was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my slew of medical conditions despite it being my first appointment with her. All of the other employees were extremely kind & helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this practice as well as Dr. Garcia specifically to others.
We really like our physician Courtney Forsyth, she takes time to talk and understand. She's also a good detective, runs the right tests to figure out what is going on. She has a genuine understanding of ADHD people, which most physicians do not. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I was told I could be seen here with my insurance. I arrived and they said I had to be seen at another location because my insurance didn’t cover that location. After spending over an hour on the phone PRIOR to this appointment making sure I WOULD BE ABLE to be seen, the woman behind the counter then stated I COULD be seen but I would have to sign a form saying I would pay if the insurance didn’t cover it.
