I can never get my prescription refilled without jumping through actual hoops. This is the second time the office has completely forgotten to send over my script and now I'm stuck on a weekend without my prescription. They tell me not to use the app because it will be missed yet when I call the chances of it not getting called in are 50/50. So frustrated it shouldn't be this hard.
Lazy incompetent staff that lies and does not care about patients. I called so many times for refill for my mom and still no refill while now we are out of medication.
Yikes. Check your patient portal. I never check these things and upon review of mine, I found that the receptionist recorded a bunch of incorrect information in my file. She also told my doctor that I requested for her to call medication for me, which I did not. This is concerning!
Didn’t want to see anyone in person for two years due to COVID and all of a sudden it’s an issue that you haven’t been seen for things that could be resolved with a phone call. It’s such a shame that medicine has become business first. It is obvious the goal is to bill as much as possible. Big health network feeling.
Dr Munchower is a very fine physician who gives you ample time to treat your problems and answer your questions. Great supporting staff as well including residents.
