Called to make my first primary care appointment. My card has their name on it. My healthcare app has their name on it. But apparently they are not accepting new patients somehow. Lady on phone kept telling me if I need to see an urgent care then I should do so, even though I told her multiple times I don’t need urgent care. I wanted a checkup. She asked me why I would book a checkup if there is nothing wrong with me. Don’t cars get inspections every year?
I've put alot of consideration in this review - I don't take this lightly. I was not a patient for very long at this center. I found Dr. Bishar and was thrilled to find such a caring and attentive provider. Win for me and my family! Dr. Bishar was terrific - however, she had to leave the practice and the office was rescheduling appointments. My daughter had an appointment - it was just cancelled..with no communication. If you live in the area and hoping to find a provider close to home, keep looking because this office is not for you. Their next new patient appointment is in 2028… yes - 2.0.2.8. A waitlist is not being offered.
