The doctors my wife an I worked with were great. The main line health website lies about accepted insurance. Aetna plans are not actually accepted they are out of network. I'll updated to five stars once the false advertising has been removed accepted insurance section of their website.
I had my c section with Dr. Cheng & she was wonderful. So calming & attentive. Great experience.
I delivered both of my babies with this practice. I initially found them because my Pelvic Physical therapist referred me to Dr. Shields (who is great and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars vs 1). My first delivery was an amazing experience and they really were great (April 2023). Since that point, the practice has gone downhill. With my second baby (Jan 2025) it was a terrible experience. Just want to give a heads up to patients, current and future - The practice and doctors are amazing at the Blue Bell office but I received a letter that all of them are leaving this practice in about a month. Very, very strange and unsettling, especially considering I am due this April. The entire Blue Bell office is actually closing starting April 1st. I am beyond sad.
Dr. Halpern is by far the best OB-GYN I’ve come across! From the moment you step into her office, she creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also deeply compassionate and attentive. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s so sad that this office is closing, but I’ll be following her wherever she goes—she’s simply the best
