SUPER SLOW! My appointment was for 3pm and still was not called at 3:4pm . Ridiculous wait . Please was empty when I came in!!!
When I met Dr. Yun-Lin Cheng, she entered the room with such a calming presence. She truly listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail—step by step—before doing anything. She was respectful, professional, and made sure I understood the entire process. She asked several times if I had any other questions, and at one point when I hesitated, she immediately picked up on it and gently encouraged me, giving me the confidence to ask.
