What a great practice! I find them to be very efficient - prompt with messages and refill requests. Dr. Kraft is sweet, caring and empathetic. She is thorough in her practice, taking her time and never making me feel rushed through her exam. Highly recommend!
I always feel safe and welcome at this practice. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years now. Dr. Kraft is my doctor. She is caring, polite, thorough, overall has good bedside manner. I would recommend. The rest of the staff is super friendly.
Dr. Flom is the very best. She always takes her time with patients and is very helpful.
Damara McDowell needs to be either removed from social work or retrain because her customer service is deplorable!!! The way she speaks to my grandmother and I is horrendous!!! Lacking care and compassion is an understatement!!!!
