When I first started going to this office it was amazing and everything was going well. Staff was pleasand and nice I actually truly love the nurse practioner I see but as of yesterday I feel completly different. I was scheduled with the doctor for an issue not the nurse practitioner whom I normally see due to a medical issue I was having. I sat in the room waiting on the doctor for a hour and was never seen. What a great practice! I find them to be very efficient - prompt with messages and refill requests. Dr. Kraft is sweet, caring and empathetic. She is thorough in her practice, taking her time and never making me feel rushed through her exam. Highly recommend!
I always feel safe and welcome at this practice. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years now. Dr. Kraft is my doctor. She is caring, polite, thorough, overall has good bedside manner. I would recommend. The rest of the staff is super friendly.
Dr. Flom is the very best. She always takes her time with patients and is very helpful.
