I haven’t even been to the new office yet since they moved from 301 City Ave and it is unfortunate that I have to write this review but I may have to start looking for another doctors office. I have been seeing Dr. Daley Jones for 10+ years and she has been a great doctor but the office staff are a nightmare. They are the hardest office staff to deal with and they speak to people so nasty like you don’t matter. I really urge MLH to look into how patients are being treated on the phone and at appointments.
