Was only 10 minutes late but didnt take me in or cared for my wellbeing. Even that it was my first time and I needed to be seen by a doctor.
My entire family were prior patients of Dr. Tedesco. We were so disappointed to hear that she was leaving, and we were a little uneasy with a young male doctor taking her place. We have been more than impressed with Dr. Dabundo. He has exceeded our expectations! We could not hand pick a better doctor! He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and genuinely caring. His qualities are hard to find in a doctor.
My rating will change once this is addressed correctly... this is my first time being in this location along with meeting the doctor. I get there, tried to check in ONLY for my appointment to be canceled when I did no such thing. The fact that the receptionist didn't ask for my DOB to begin with was sketchy. There's another person with the same name but again receptionist didn't do her job. Just received a return call from Dr. Keeler after I experienced a panic attack while driving. She is not my primary. I have never met her. My unanticipated episode happened around 1100 I called office and said I may not be able to make it in for scheduled therapy I’m not doing well crying palpitations belching etc. pulled over on the side of the road.
