Main Line HeatlhCare has ben my provider for over 10 years, and I started with Dr.Lembeck. i am at Fibromyalgia patient and I firmly believe that if you have a patient that you cannot treat , you should be honest and refer them out. I need to give a terrible rating for the front desk staff, don't know her name but she wears a rainbow lanyard, she has dark long curly hair, she could not be more rude , not the first time either, my family has been coming here for years and we are about to leave due to the front desk staff, I cannot believe after all the complaints that she still works there! The office manager Joann Lapuka is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years and her attitude is nasty every time I come visit Dr. Lembeck. When I walked in the front desk staff was rude too! Her name is Kelly. All I asked was to reschedule my next appointment and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. I heard her make a smart remark to her coworker next to her. Main line needs to hire better staff. I will be reporting more of this incident to Human Resources.
Just moved to the area and was nervous to find a new PCP. I was very happy with my experience! Dr. Delaney and the nurse who saw me were both extremely kind and professional.
Dr Schaffer is great but the girls at the reception desk are awful every time I call. Might be worth looking for something more pleasant
