The top most disappointing and worst office in history, Do not go here
Called in multiple times never been able to reach someone. Finally got a hold of someone and was hung up on within 5 seconds of the call starting. Can’t even answer simple questions.
Cannot get anyone to answer or return calls as promised on the recording for scheduling a simple X-ray.
I went to Main Line Collegeville to get pre surgery labs done. I had very friendly and helpful service up front when I had issues with my insurance from Anne. I also had the most painless and seamless blood work done by Daphne. She was amazing, so fast and I didn’t even feel a pinch/sting. Highly recommend for any bloodwork (adults and kids).
I was excited to get some answers and scheduled a hormone consultation. After showing my bloodwork and explaining all my symptoms, she was unable to do anything for me or even guide me in the right direction. Wish I didn’t spend $50 for a co-pay just to leave feeling the same way. Do not recommend going here for any hormone concerns. I will be going to someone else who specializes in women’s hormones and who can suggest alternatives that may help.
