Cannot get anyone to answer or return calls as promised on the recording for scheduling a simple X-ray.
I went to Main Line Collegeville to get pre surgery labs done. I had very friendly and helpful service up front when I had issues with my insurance from Anne. I also had the most painless and seamless blood work done by Daphne. She was amazing, so fast and I didn’t even feel a pinch/sting. Highly recommend for any bloodwork (adults and kids).
I was excited to get some answers and scheduled a hormone consultation. After showing my bloodwork and explaining all my symptoms, she was unable to do anything for me or even guide me in the right direction. Wish I didn’t spend $50 for a co-pay just to leave feeling the same way. Do not recommend going here for any hormone concerns. I will be going to someone else who specializes in women’s hormones and who can suggest alternatives that may help.
Worst experience ever i had a annual check up thats supposed to be covered from insurance and after i told my doctor what concerns i had with my hand a nd she treated that turned from just annual check up to office visits because D . Juliana carvajal didn’t care to explain so i had to pay 600$ all they care is money not patient worst doctor ever
I’ve recently moved and had to find a new doctor. Is safe to say that I think I found my absolute favorite doctor at mainline health in collegeville location. Dr Diane Morris is absolutely outstanding!! From listening to understanding she check all the boxes ! She very pro active and stays in touch with you through the portal. If you want to look forward to your doctors appointments, she’s who you need to see!
