I thought I was going to be happy after my family Dr retired after going 28 yrs. I decided to go to primary care in concordville. The Dr is great but getting thru to talk to someone is horrible. You do not get one receptionist.. you make calls no one calls back and in one case someone hung up! You get transfered and still do not get anyone. Very frustrating I have to use urgent care to get help. Is this what the new healthcare system looks like! Very disappointing to go through this at 76 yrs of age
Beware!!! The worst practice I have ever gone to. Only went because I followed a doctor who has since left. I can’t stress how BAD this practice is!! I have a bunch of health issues and they now have cancelled me two times!! I am 7 months already overdue.. they do not care. Stay Away!!!
Horrible experience every single time. Lying about what they are admitting people for and never explaining why any results come back abnormal. Will excuse someone sober of having a withdrawal instead of admitting it’s a medical condition. Starving patients and overly drawling out er process. Switching out test results for other people who don’t want you to find out your true information when they have a duty to warn.
