I had surgery on my back today & left Riddle Memorial Hospital with a black eye! The discharge nurse ripped the IV out of my arm like she had some type of attitude! I don't want her to provide any type of care to me ever again! The discharge experience was terrible! Ain't no way I should have left the hospital with a black eye after getting surgery on my back!
The doctor and his staff were professional, courteous, timely, and highly recommend
Dr. Ayers and his staff are so warm, human, and professional. Dr. Ayers let me know where to find additional information so I could confirm his treatment recommendations and he honored my chosen treatment. I recognize voices easily and I am certain he checked with the nurses early in the morning the day after my surgery. Later he came to my room to update me.
