This organization could be amazing if the individuals at the front functioned professionally and knew how to engage with patients. I understand that the job is low paying, but that is not an excuse for the unprofessional, nasty, and rude behavior that is displayed. Yes, there are great doctors that work at this location; however, you have to go through hell to get to them which is not worth it. I have been a patient at City Line Family medicine for over 10 years, my PCP Dr. Fedec is a great physician, very attentive to my needs my medical needs and we have not had any issues. I needed a physical exam for work and my PCP was not able to see me due to scheduling. What I experienced today is unacceptable. I was a patient of Dr. Watson 20+ years. Since COVID I have had to get back into the swing of my regular appointments. The last time I saw Dr. Watson was 2021. I called yesterday to schedule and I was told I would be considered a new patient and he isn't accepting new patients.
