This particular group of doctors can only handle the very basic of care. If you are not perfectly healthy go find another office. They will 100% let you suffer instead of refilling a medication that is currently prescribed for you.
I really love the nurse, Wendy there. She is very passionate and very caring to my wife and I. She always listen to what I have to say and she is very knowledgeable about medication and health conditions. She always have a warm welcoming smile when she sees me and her energy is so positive. I am extremely frustrated with this office. I have been calling since Monday it is now Thursday to schedule an appointment for my son and was promised a callback that never happened. When I finally got through, the representative was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. They told me to just take my son to urgent care, even though the issue only occurs during sports and is not active at the moment. If I could give less than a 1 star review I certainly would. For one whole week I’ve tried to get an appointment. No One ever called me back. Today I spent 30 minutes mostly on hold. They told me to go to urgent care…?!? I was at urgent care last week, they sent me to the ER. ER told me to follow up with primary. I would have but after one week of trying to get an appointment. Dr.Mead is exactly what you want in a GP! She listens to you, trusts you as the best advocate for your body and takes any concerns you may have seriously. She is very personable and has fantastic bedside manner. I could not recommend Dr.Mead, this practice or mainline health anymore!
