Dr. Richard Francesco was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all caring and thorough. He took the time to review my chart prior to seeing me because the information we discussed showed he was knowledgeable about my medical history. I chose Mainline Healthcare because of the reputation and friends reviews. I believe I have found an urgent care that doesn’t treat you like a number. I left feeling I was professionally treated and my concerns were addressed.
It was an Urgent Care visit for my big toe. Everything was going at an okay pace, until after the x-ray. I totally lost track of time waiting, after all was done about 2.5 - 3 hours
