Brought my daughter in for medical care. Great patient experience from check in to medical care. Nurses and doctors were attentive, caring and provided expert care. Will be go to for any future Urgent Care needs.
The physician assistant who collected the initial details, such as symptoms and pharmacy information, was very rude. In contrast, the certified nurse who conducted the check-up was attentive and receptive. When someone is unwell, the last thing they should encounter is rudeness from a healthcare provider. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not a recurring experience for other patients.
