The nurse and X-Ray technician were professional and kind.
Very dissatisfied. I was never asked about my medical history. I said I thought I had a sinus infection but I was never asked or examined as to my symptoms. I was simply told that I was being tested for flu and Covid; the results were negative. I went home and printed the provider’s notes of the appointment; they were inaccurate in part and outright wrong in describing my “examination”. I could go on with more details but am out of space.
Exceptional service. Greeted immediately. Wait was minimal. Testing and consultation was quick and easy. This was my first time with Urgent Care but it won’t be my last.
