Kept me on the phone for 20 minutes, gave them all my personal info only for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance (United Healthcare). I don’t know why they couldn’t start with that instead of wasting my time.
Great Doctor's friendly staff that are very helpful. Since my previous Doctor's office had closed due to being Crozer affiliate. Mainline Health is my new Doctor's office I will be going to for now on.
I have never in my life dealt with a doctor or office this unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. From the second I sat down with Dr. Gail Patridge, it was clear she had zero interest in actually listening to me. Instead, she bulldozed over my concerns, ordered a stack of tests I didn’t ask for (and didn’t need), and acted like my time and health were inconveniences to her schedule. The arrogance is unreal. 5 stars the staff are nice and friendly everytime I go , Sue has been the best and she stay on top of things which makes everything a smooth process thanks again !
