I've been going to Main Line Health for over 10 years. Their new appointment scheduling system is an absolute joke. First you have to bypass the automated system. Then you have to talk to someone who does not work there ask you unnecessary questions. After that, you get sent to what sounded like an AI triage "nurse". I hung up because anyone should be able to call, say "I need an appointment" to another human being that works in that office, and hang up 2 minutes later. Done.
Kept me on the phone for 20 minutes, gave them all my personal info only for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance (United Healthcare). I don’t know why they couldn’t start with that instead of wasting my time.
