5 stars the staff are nice and friendly everytime I go , Sue has been the best and she stay on top of things which makes everything a smooth process thanks again !
So I went to my primary care, Dr. Chepisk, a few days ago because i've been having chest pain for the last five days. I spoke to a nurse over the phone the day prior to my primary care visit who advised that I should go to the ER and get an EKG but it was late and I was so tired...so I told her I would come into see Dr. Chepisk the next day...she advised that they would do an EKG on me in the office. Great office. The staff is friendly, kind and courteous. And Dr. Clark is the best!! I refer everyone I know to this facility.
I wanted to leave a rating and a quick shout out to the office staff at this practice...especially patient services rep Kathy, who has helped me numerous times with last minute requests, prior authorization issues, and a bunch of other issues that come with being in and out of specialist offices. She and everyone else I have communicated with at this practice (specifically the office and front desk staff as well as the nurses) have been so pleasant and helpful. Was pleased with my 1 st time Primary Care visit ,with Dr Elizabeth Clark.Through and caring.And kudos to the nursing assistant and the front desk staff. Was a positive visit all around. 6 months later and say the same as above,Theresa, the medical assistant ,and Dr E.Clark caring and professional.The front desk staff all good.
