Great office. The staff is friendly, kind and courteous. And Dr. Clark is the best!! I refer everyone I know to this facility.
I wanted to leave a rating and a quick shout out to the office staff at this practice...especially patient services rep Kathy, who has helped me numerous times with last minute requests, prior authorization issues, and a bunch of other issues that come with being in and out of specialist offices. She and everyone else I have communicated with at this practice (specifically the office and front desk staff as well as the nurses) have been so pleasant and helpful. Was pleased with my 1 st time Primary Care visit ,with Dr Elizabeth Clark.Through and caring.And kudos to the nursing assistant and the front desk staff. Was a positive visit all around. 6 months later and say the same as above,Theresa, the medical assistant ,and Dr E.Clark caring and professional.The front desk staff all good.
Great staff, who are very helpful and I never wait too long.
I've been a patient of Dr. Lisa Jones ever since she started with MLH. She has always been down to earth and always made me feel welcome. She does her due diligence when a problem.arises AND she always followed up with you. She has a great reputation amongst her contemporaries. I dont know about her other patients, but I am truly going to miss her as she embarks on her new journey.🤗
