I have never in my life dealt with a doctor or office this unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. From the second I sat down with Dr. Gail Patridge, it was clear she had zero interest in actually listening to me. Instead, she bulldozed over my concerns, ordered a stack of tests I didn’t ask for (and didn’t need), and acted like my time and health were inconveniences to her schedule. The arrogance is unreal. So I went to my primary care, Dr. Chepisk, a few days ago because i've been having chest pain for the last five days. I spoke to a nurse over the phone the day prior to my primary care visit who advised that I should go to the ER and get an EKG but it was late and I was so tired...so I told her I would come into see Dr. Chepisk the next day...she advised that they would do an EKG on me in the office. Great office. The staff is friendly, kind and courteous. And Dr. Clark is the best!! I refer everyone I know to this facility.
I wanted to leave a rating and a quick shout out to the office staff at this practice...especially patient services rep Kathy, who has helped me numerous times with last minute requests, prior authorization issues, and a bunch of other issues that come with being in and out of specialist offices. She and everyone else I have communicated with at this practice (specifically the office and front desk staff as well as the nurses) have been so pleasant and helpful.
