From the front desk gentleman,to the intake nurse, to Dr.Tran every aspect of my experience was top notch. Dr Tran’s positive energy and good vibes as well as diagnostic skills put me at ease. Knowing that this practice takes care of the 76ers feet is all the recommendations that you should need!
Am a new patient and I will say the customer service was tier 1. My only complaint is that I feel that if I had better insurance the doctor would have NOT rushed through the appointment. As a first time patient who is also a diabetic looking for treatment and help, he should have been a little more compassionate. The prescription he called in could have been submitted as a "must have" but I was told I could buy it from the office if my insurance wouldn't cover it (and they know my insurance wouldn't).
