Hello, I started going to this Location for my feet 12/30/2024 and from the start the customer service was awesome. When arrived at my first appointment, I was welcome with open hands from the older gentleman that sit at the front desk. I was called to the back from a middle age African American woman with the initials KW( SORRY THAT I FORGET HER NAME) and her service with amazing. I’m a diabetic. I was denied access to my foot doctor Dr. Cook because I asked to be billed my copay. I was denied medical treatment because I didn’t have my copay. I’m financially struggling at the moment and told the office that I would pay by the end of the month and they still didn’t allow me to see my doctor!!! This is awful
