My first colonoscopy here at Main Line Endoscopy in Broomall, this being my 3rd and it was a very good experience. They are like a well oiled machine. The nurses, doctors and all the staff were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They finish with a nice packet of information regarding the procedure and results and even include a thank you card. Nice final touch.
Everything, everyone was great ( those that I remember!) I understood all that was explained to me. All were polite. Only suggestion I have is for those who have the earliest appts. Should be told not to arrive before 630am, as doors are locked. Thank you!
My experience was wonderful! I was greeted upon my arrival by the front desk ladies, Lisa & Lynn. They were very pleasant. The whole team was phenomenal! Tara, Steph, Tamari & Pete. And of course. Dr. Karp, the best.! All of them were attentive to my needs. They made me feel safe & comfortable even tho I was very nervous. Just an all around great team! I give them 10 stars!
I've been seeing Dr. Schwartz for over a year now, twice in Broomall & once at Lankenau and although the hospital office was nice, I far prefer Lawrence Park for its calm, modern health care in a prime location. My BP was a bit high upon entering the endoscopy center, but was immediately put at ease upon meeting Lisa at the front desk for check in.
