My experience at MLEC was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. I was taken back at my appointment time. My preop nurse Eric was great, kind, informative and made me feel every comfortable. The CRNA Nick was very professional and informative and made me feel that I was in a very safe environment. I had my first colonoscopy of my life with Dr. Herdman and felt in very good hands with a fellow PSU alum! Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring through my experience from start to finish. I also want to recognize Stephanie, my nurse, for taking such excellent care of me; she was patient and compassionate, especially when I had anxiety about having an IV placed. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience as comfortable as possible.
