I don’t think anyone looks forward to their first colonoscopy but Main Line Endoscopy made it as comfortable as possible. Making the appointment was easy, and the day of check in was fast and I was taken on time. Erik was the RN who brought me back and he was professional and answered all my questions. Megan was the CRNA and she also took her time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Had my colonoscopy last Fri 1/31. Could not have had a better experience. What a WONDERFUL group of people starting with Beth and Sue, the nurse anesthetist Nick, my nurse Tara who was with me start to finish. Dr Zitin was also wonderful. He explained everything and was very confident and calming. Cannot recommend this group enough!!!
I have to share my experience. This medical practice is a hot mess! Handful of doctors recently left for all the right reasons. I started in 2023 within 3 weeks a patient died. This is an outpatient center btw(they lied about the patient being alive just so I can come back to work the next day) . I believe that could have definitely been prevented. They will scope anybody who insurance can get charged (I'm convinced they will start scoping the dead next). They don't not care about these patients just numbers and forget about... read more
