Took 3 messages and a week for Troy to return our first phone call. Then he was late to the estimate appointment. He said he lives right around the block, so he’d drop the estimate in our mailbox. 3 weeks later... Nothing. Called and left a message. Troy said his admin would email it to me. Nothing.
