I am a middle aged black man I would not recommend this bike shop. I brought my bike here for a flat tire and they charged a large amount for repair. I came back less than 2 weeks because they forgot to put the rubber gasket around the hub which resulted in the same tire going flat. Time consuming and poor service. Plenty of better more affordable options out there.

The best! Had a bike fit with Max and it was so helpful and informative. I was comfortable asking any and all questions and am excited to visit again.
Service/sales are excellent, solid advice, always willing to answer questions regarding builds and maintenance. Service time is quick and prices are very fair.
Prompt, high quality service, Max has built several wheels for me which have always been great!
