They got a new manger and he is greedy and snobby. He quoted me around $170 to swap my son's handle bar and change 2 spokes on my son's old beater bike. So I went down to Velojawn in Uni city and the guy there only charged 30 bucks to change the 2 bent spokes (which was ready the next day) and he took the time out to go get a handle bar from his basement and sold me a handle bar for 20 which I (a mom that doesn't know jack about fixing bikes was able to swap out in 20 mins.) Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond building our bike, setting up our kids seats, setting up my hitch carrier, and getting me ride ready. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them for any of my biking needs in the future.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to understand what you're looking for. Doesn't try to oversell. Mechanics are quick and precise. I've bought 3 bikes here and would never go anywhere else.
